You should swallow the medicine whole with water

If you take more ORIEL
If you have taken more ORIEL than you should, you may experience the following symptoms: confusion, diarrhea, dizziness, fatigue, headache, feeling unwell, dilation of the pupils, itching, restlessness, drowsiness, sleepiness, fast heartbeat, shaking and difficulty passing urine
Contact your doctor immediately
If you forget to take ORIEL
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose

Pregnancy

oriel 10 mg Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Breast feeding
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
oriel 10 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Larger doses or more prolonged use of oriel 10 mg Tablet may cause drowsiness and other effects in the baby or decrease the milk supply
Driving
UNSAFE
oriel 10 mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
CAUTION
oriel 10 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of oriel 10 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of oriel 10 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
oriel 10 mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of oriel 10 mg Tablet is recommended.
WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE ORIEL TABLET?
If you miss a dose of oriel 10 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
