Kidney

Glycomet 850 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of tablet is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver
UNSAFE
Glycomet 850 Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE GLYCOMET TABLET?
If you miss a dose of Glycomet 850 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
